1 If you upgrade from a standard to a premium subscription, you’ll receive a discount based on the unused portion of your current plan. We subtract the value of any related bonus credits and apply a handling charge. You will never pay more than the regular price of a premium subscription. If your standard subscription is multi‑year and its remaining value exceeds the premium price, you will only pay the £1.25 handling charge. In that case, your subscription expiry date will be adjusted accordingly.
